Andreas Krökel was Chief Operating Officer on the Management Board of Lindner Hotels AG for over 20 years until 2022 and was primarily responsible for the expansion, operational management, sales, marketing and strategic development of the hotel group. During this time, he and his team developed the me and all hotels - from the initial brand idea and the local hero concept through to operational implementation and expansion. He was also co-founder and shareholder of this company.

At the beginning of 2022, Andreas Krökel founded AK Hospitality Consult GmbH to contribute his extensive experience and expertise to strategic consulting in the hospitality industry.

In addition to his own consultancy firm, Andreas Krökel is co-founder and managing partner of Victor Hospitality & Real Estate GmbH, based in Berlin, and co-founder of Victor Hospitality & Real Estate Spain S.L. in Palma de Mallorca. Victor Hospitality specialises in the brokerage and strategic positioning of hotel and hospitality real estate in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain, and supports investors, owners and operators in selling, letting and leasing - with tailor-made concepts and sustainable value creation strategies. Over 20 years on the Management Board of Lindner Hotels AG in the areas of operations, sales, marketing and development, where Andreas Krökel made a significant contribution to the development and expansion of the hotel group. Under his leadership, Lindner Hotels AG grew from a small hotel group to one of the leading German hotel companies with over 40 locations. Among other things, he was responsible for building teams and organisations, creating efficient hotel structures and expanding the group through management and lease agreements as well as acquisitions.
